The sentencing Advisory Council has released a series of case study activities on sentencing specifically for use with Legal Studies students. These are relevant to both Unit 1, Area of Study 1 and Unit 4, Area of Study 2. Visit their revised website at www.sentencingcouncil.vic.gov.au and look under 'Project' for these activities. The website also contains a range of other useful and interesting information on sentencing, including current sentencing statistics.
