• Unit 4 Revision – More on stock [word] with solutions [word] this is an excellent revision tool for the upcoming end of year exam in relation to the area of stock. It includes sales returns, stock write down and purchase returns. Students are required to record in the journals, post to ledgers and prepare parts of reports.

• Unit 4 revision – A revision task for unit 4 covering a range of topics including stock write down, sales returns and purchase returns, budgets, valuation of stock, product and period costs and some questions relating to liquidity. There is a question and answer book [word] and solutions [word]

• Unit 4 Outcome 1: A crossword for stock valuation and accounting for non-current assets area of study 1 unit 4.
The html file is one that can go straight onto any network and be used by any computer. We have also added the original hot potatoes file so you can print a hard copy. You will need to have hot potatoes software on your computer, this is available for free download from Once you open the file you can either click on fie – export for printing or control P. I would then click on print preview and shrink it to 60% so it will fit on one page and then print.

• Unit 4 Outcome 1: Stock valuation and non-current assets SAC.
  This is a set of three questions which could be used for revision purposes or as a SAC piece in a folio of tasks for unit 4. These are two topics which students sometimes struggle with so the more practice we can provide them with, the better. A solution has also been provided. [Activity, doc] [Solution, doc]

• Unit 4 Outcome 2: Budgeting SAC
  This is an ICT structured SAC which includes a range of budgeting tasks. To be completed in around 100 minutes under test conditions. A solution has also been provided. [Activity, xls] [Solution, xls]
